Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns process in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. How to Return an Item

• Include your order number and reason for return
• We will provide you with return instructions
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund if a prepaid label was provided.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@jiyuskin.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
